I started working in the wedding industry nine years ago when a few of my friends asked for help with their daughters’ weddings.
Before I knew it, strangers were asking me to help with their weddings, which lead to the birth of Bringing it Together. I am blessed to have an amazing team of girls working along side of me...keeping me sane!!
Over 150 weddings later, Bringing it Together is thriving; our vendors are our closest friends and our calendars are full of weddings. We’ve made lasting relationships with the couples and families we’ve worked with; we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We began our time together by scheduling an extended consultation with you, 12 weeks prior to your wedding date to gather all the exciting details you have been working on. From there, you will have access to our project management system, which will help you stay organized and on schedule for the remainder of your planning process. Your package also includes two additional meetings starting 4-6 weeks before, unlimited email support from the time of booking, a detailed timeline, confirmation of all vendor arrivals, setup times and clean-up details. And, of course, we will be there to oversee the rehearsal, ceremony and work along side your vendors during the reception. PRICES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
Beginning at the signing of your contract, we will be by your side to help guide you through the planning process. You will receive, email and phone support, customized vendor referrals, a set number of in-person meetings, which can be customized based on your specific needs. You will also receive access to our online planning tools, which will help to keep you on track throughout the planning process. We will provide a detailed timeline, confirmation of all vendor arrivals, setup times and clean-up details. And, of course, we will be there to oversee the rehearsal, ceremony and work along side your vendors during the reception.
We will be there to manage every aspect of the planning process...keeping everyone and everything on track. We will lead you to the ideal vendor team for your event. You will receive regular check-ins, access to our online planning tools, allowing you to be as involved as you would like. We take care of all of the groundwork on your behalf, leaving you time to enjoy being engaged! We provide a detailed timeline, confirmation of all vendor arrivals, setup times and clean-up details. And, of course, we will be there to oversee the rehearsal, ceremony and work along side your vendors during the reception.

Planning a wedding long distance from Texas - no problem for Mary Douglas! Mary was such a blessing to me as I discovered what an amazingly talented and competent planner she is. She was incredible in her ability to envision exactly what we wanted for the wedding, even though most of our planning had to be done over the telephone. Her knowledge of which vendors to use was invaluable and I was able to completely turn over all of the details, small and large to her. She helped me with absolutely everything for the wedding, reception, rehearsal dinner and more, including the logistics for all the guests arriving from out of town. Wow- she did so much for us! I can't express the feeling I had when we arrived from Texas and everything was ready and absolutely gorgeous - even better than I could have imagined. Mary is amazing! We used Mary and her team for our "day of coordinator." She remained so flexible in our meetings leading up to the big day and was always such a great listener. She helped us make our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. Once we gave her all of our last minute things the week of the wedding (place cards, guestbook, etc. etc.), my mom and I were able to relax knowing that the day was going to go smoothly no matter what happened.
